Incorrect debit order amount

I have requested for my current insurance policy to be adjusted which resulted to a decrease in my premium. The discussion was held and the new premium was confirmed over the phone by a consultant in the retention department. The premium or rather the collection amount that went off my account does not match to the agreement /conversation mentioned above. I need this matter to be addressed soonest.
