Incorrect Bereau information sent by the Bank

Im disgusted with Nedbank MFC. Financed a vechile with them 5 months ago. Never missed a payment. Did a bond application this week and was decline due to my MFC account being 9 months in arrears. I don't even own the vechile for 9 months. Thanks to Nedbank MFC, i can forget about owning a house in the next 5 years due to incorrect information being sent to the Credit Bereau. I really need to speak to a senior leader of this department. I am shocked!!!
