Incorrect bank charges

from the beginning of May 2018 the bank started to charge me bank charges, NKB Rekkunde inskryfgelde 2 May R5.89, 1 June R182.70 & 2 July R182.59, as i have for many years a agreement with the bank not to pay such charges why now?
