Incorrect Bank Card delivered is for a Closed Account

I recently opened a new bank account for my son with Nedbank, but to my surprise, they sent a bank card linked to an old account had previously closed. Instead of issuing a card for the new account, they delivered a card for an inactive, outdated account. This is frustrating and shows a lack of attention to detail. Now I have to go through the hassle of sorting this out, even though I followed the correct process from the start.
