Incorrect amount deducted

poor poor service and I don't regret moving my salary. I have been to the branch twice getting different explanations why they are deducting an unaxplanable R4k plus on my account. I called the call centre again today inquiring about my money and the lady says I must go back to the bank again for the 3rd time and apparently my account does not have my name on it but someone else's name. I get different stories everyday , it's tiring and a waste of time and money.
