Incorrect advertising

I just spoke to Natasha and am very disappointed with the feedback regarding the payment Holiday. I was told that half the payment will still need to be paid and I will be in arrears, there after full payment plus the additional amount will need to be made. Why is it being advertised if you aren't willing to assist.
