NEDBANK HOME LOANS the level of incompitence from the home loans dept consultants is appaulling ,i spoke to 9 different people who all give just send me from pillar to post ,and i just want to inquire regarding y statement I received as i am disputing the amount ,should one post on twitter or linkedin or DM the CEO to get feedbacK

19 Sept 2023, 12:52Nedbank must further do a QA on the calls i did on this date 19.09.2023 on *** from around 9 am till 8 ,and hear how many of their stuff does not know the concept of customer care /services ,some does not even the product and are just not willing to help ,the worst being Philisile Kgomo who was very rude and had no time to listen to my query ,instead referred me to the branch ,the rest of the people i stated taking names of was when i was really annoyed by the lack of knowledge of your own company s product ,they were also of no help the last one even hung up in my ear while still talking REF : ***5 PHILISIWE KGOMO LEBOHANG MOLUMO SIBUSISO PHINDILE [very rude ]
