INCONVINIENT BANK

Am very DISSAPOINTED at NEDBANK as their client, I had app**** for a credit card on the money app and it was approved immediately. However am unable to access the funds as I need the money urgently. I called and even went to the branch for help. All I was told is that we can't help you, you need to wait for the card to be delivered for you to be able to use the funds. I fail to understand why can't I use the funds as I had already activated the card on the app. I can't transfer from the credit card to my cheque account. Its pointless because I needed the funds urgently. Am definitely moving to another bank as NEDBANK is inconvenient
