inconvinience of nedbank send imali

Why is that Nedbank can't have proper functionality for their ATM cardless services. I have R590 + R 70 which was sent to me via send imali. Due to their ATM's not having R20 and R10 notes I cant withdraw my money. It's been a whole I can't get access to my money, I've tried 3 different Nedbank atm's in different areas. This is really inappropriate and poor for such a big establishment<br> <br> Surely a well established bank like Nedbank should be able to give you the option of choosing a different amount that suits the notes that are available in the ATM ? Are their developers that lazy to think of such functionality ? I want my money
