Inconveniencing Fools

I have a funeral policy with Nedbank,my debit order is usually taken on the 15th monthly.It was not debited and they decided to debit 2 days later.Last night they reversed the premium back into my bank account, for what I don't know,now I'm getting threatening emails and messages of my policy lapsing if it's not paid.First of all my policy is debited when Nedbank feels like it and now I'm getting messages of a possibility of it lapsing.I want this rectified immediately,I will not accept this nonsense
