Inconvenience caused by NEDBANK

After making an EFT of R50000 my App was suspended , Amount frozen and my life was put on hold. Made calls and after being transferred from every telephonic line they have I was finally told Im being investigated for *****. I was told to go to the branch and thats what I did but dololo. 5 days later still havent receive any communication from NEDBANK. Didnt expert such treatment after 15 years of banking with them.
