Inconvenience at worst

Keep on getting emails regarding outstanding Fica information and the only account I have is a MFC vehicle finance account. the contracts I signed contains all the details that you may require but still you continue to try waste my time to go into a branch. Then you want to say that you will block my account. Please go ahead as when you do block my account you are not getting paid.

Should have never gone with MFC for finance. Always have some or other issue where I need to send them confirmation of this or confirmation of that like the vehicle is not getting paid every month.

Nedbank if you want to confirm FICA details you can call me. I will not go and sit in the branch like your request. If your system is insufficient do not inconvenience your clients.
