Inconsistency
I settled my one personal loan at the beginning of this year in full and got a paid up letter within minutes.
I wanted to do the same yesterday and paid it as well as my credit card up but instead I was told I must wait 30 days. And that I owe R479 yet I have letter stating the amount I had to pay to settle.
Nedbank is robbing me
