Inconsistencies with Nedbank

Hello,

I app**** for a Personal Loan with Nedbank this morning and I was told that I was declined as I an in arrears with MFC. I called MFC and spoke to Allessandro who mentioned that my account is not in arrears and is up to date.

Can someone please assist.
