Inconsistencies between agents

Application reference number - ***

Good day, I app**** for a Nedbank loan telephonically on 9th June 2022. I was told that the loan will be concluded within 24 hours.

I called the call centre on ***on 10 June at 14:38 and spoke to Thandeka who mentioned that the loan account was opened and the monies will be paid within 24 hours.

I am not happy with this feedback as I am receiving conflicting information.

Can someone check on my loan application and advise urgently.
