Inconsiderate bunch

I've been unemployed since march and started working 2 weeks ago.I made contact with Nedbank to inform them of this however because of being in arrears I was not covered for the rentrenchment. I informed them when I start working I will make arrangements which would have been done from next month as I just started. I got paid my first salary which was 2 weeks pay and without my permission (please note that this happened before) you went into my account and took off this money.without any regard to what my current situation is. Its so sad that there is so much lack of compassion and empathy for your clients as long as you get what you want. Guess what my 3 kids get to suffer because of this.my job requires me to travel which requires me to have petrol money.the money left there was just for that. I used R900 petrol money in the last 2 weeks. Which I borrewed. So there's my story in a nutshell. So thank you Nedbank once again for taking that money!!!!(Even though I owe you which when I was working I paid every month minus the 4 months that u messed up the debit dates and didn't collect and did not make me aware of it until it was to late, didn't have the sms facility at that time so I didn't know that you wernt collecting that got me into the arrears. Going into someones personal account and taking with our their permission is considered theft. Write now I don't care that you think otherwise!!)
