Incompotant Consultants employed at Nedbank

I am so furious with the incompancy of Nedbank, I have been closing my account every 3 months just to get another message that my account is overdrawn!!! Last month I was told every sms and communication they send get added with intrest, then I pay over an amount after I called them to close my account just to get another sms I am overdrawn 44c and then when you call again get told the account is now sorted and closed and I will not receice any more sms just to get another message again today!!! This is very frustrating and people do not know how to do their jobs and just take and take and take money, even if it's R25 you have to pay every month to make sure they can now close the account and on top of everything my account have been dormant since March 2022 and now I get all these anoying messages!!! When will this stop? What do you have to do? If you go to the bank they give you the number to call and clise your account and if you call they tell you you have to go to the bank! For real!!!!!
