Nedbank is such a terrible bank, with terrible staff. All their staff are clueless about anything. It’s almost as if they take people from the streets and hire them to work there. I am working overseas and have called the bank more than a 100 times, no one can help me with my OTP problem. I even came back to South Africa, changed my number on the system; I still cannot receive OTP. Their call centre agents as well as people working in the bank are clueless.
