I'm so disappointed with the Nedbank branch in Waterfall mall, infact I'm very angry about the service here. (1) we had to wait for long when there was staff available and there was no queue (2) incompetence staff at the reception, we were instructed to make a copy of our marriage certificate which was requested by the bank to change my wife's surname to mine at the bank's data base. When we come back, we are now told the copy has to be certified. (3) we came to change the cell number the day before and then the lady helping us decided to open a credit for us without our consent. (4) when we came the other time we didn't queue because they wanted to open a credit card for us. Please look into this because it seems this branch has *********** staff.
