A close friend isn't able to recieve his salary for almost 2 weeks. Due to the banks system been hacked and his account having bejng used to transfer funds from unknown users. All documents the bank requested were sent but they keep saying after 3 days. The guy has a family and bills to sort out.

Now they tell him to wait 3 months!!! This is ridiculous!!!! How do you expect them to survive without funds? They need food to survive
