*********** Pathetic and unprofessional *****

<p>On Monday 31 January 2017 I accompanied my uncle to Nedbank Liberty Mall to draw his money,he drew the money and asked the remainder of the money to be transferred to another bank.</p> <p>He was informed that withdrawing the amount of money that he wanted wouldcos him 300 rands and the transfer will cost 50 rand and he sign for that.</p> <p>The guy informed us that the money will be in the bank account the 31 January or latest 01 February 2017,to date the money is no where to be found.</p> <p>02 of February I phoned the bank and I spoke to Adriaan (supervisor)whom was present when this transaction took place,she told me that the person who was helping us gave her the documents on Tuesday the 31st of February the documents and when I ask the reason she said the gentleman is still under training and she apologized that the money will definitely be available on Friday the 3rd.</p> <p>On Friday still the money wasn't there I phoned again to speak to Adrian she said it shows on the system that's its paid she will investigate and come back to me,I am still waiting for her call. </p> <p>On Saturday 04 February 2017 still there is no money,I phoned again asked to speak to Adrian unfortunately she was not at work and asked to speak to the Branch Manager,I was told she is busy with the client she will call me back.I am still waiting for the Branch Manager to call me.</p> <p>My uncle had to go to the Branch again and he was told it's the bank mistake om Monday the money will be there.</p> <p> </p> <p>How pathetic NedbankLiberty Mall Pietermarztbug can they be?</p> <p> </p> <p>Disgusting service,my uncle will move his investments there I will make sure of that</p> <p>Thanks</p>
