This morning on the 30 September 2020 I noticed that my savings account was debited 7 times with the amount of R8.60 and different referance numbers BDS ABSA. I used online chat to find out what is this BDS ABSA, I was connected to Suprise Sedupane at 11:03 but it seems that I was talking alone in the chat. All my messages to him was delivered but he chase to ignore me without saying anything or even maybe saying" I am busy checking" I regard this as a terrible service for such a big bank.
