*********** Nedgroup life, personnel missed-up a simply dream-maker request

I have a dream maker policy with Nedlife, which matured of late. Before the matuarity date, i called their contact center to find out how much will i be paid ou and if i can continue with the policy. I was told, the intire balance was R8700 and in order to keep the investment active going forward, i needed to leave R500 in the policy and the debit orders will continue like normal. I went into a Nedbank Branch and filled in the forms, stated that i only wanted to withdraw R8200.00 and that the policy or investment is to continue. A month later, i get a payout of everything and when i call to find out what happened they told me they cancelled the policy without my says so. Completely ignored the request to keep investment active. I didn`t just make up stories, i got the information from their personnel in Durban, that what i wanted was doable. Now i asked that they re-activate the policy and they are telling stories about how it is impossible, all i hear is incompetency from people with no product knowledge. Each person who has phoned me is trying to convince me that, i am wrong for wanting what i want. It is such a disappointment to have a team of call center agents, whose careers depends on product knowledge and they are clueless. I do not want countless phone calls. What i requested was written on the form. It is clear and staright forward, reinstate the policy. PERIOD!
