I bought my house in 2019. Had no problems when it rained. This year it had been raining severely which caused rain water coming in from the roof. I put in a claim to Nedbank insurance for the roof to be repaired. RESULTS: The roof showed that it had been "fixed that's why the claim is invalid. Pathetic,we did not fixed it because it did not leaked the previous times. Why do you have home insurance REALLY. Honestly ....what a disgrace service to loyal customers.
