I am not happy with Banker in Hartswater by the name of Boingotlo Pitso.My Mother Lily Speelman is 65 years old went to open estate late account.Banker has bad attitude in which she does not update costumers with feedback.my husband works for nedbank and wen he follow up theb is no response from boingotlo.we are not even sure if she send documents for verification.she differently does not have personality to deal with customer.I am even thinking of my mother to close account and leave this unfair bank.I also wish Mike brown can see this message to discipline this *********** banker.I really need feedback regarding this application Thanks from ***
