I called the call centre on Saturday the 04/03/2023 to place an order for a new master card and american express. I spoke to Nqobile who gave me reference number and assured me that both cards will be sent to the locker at Taj centre. Today I got an sms to go pick up my american express card with my Id. I called the call 6 times today and 6 different people can't help gives me 6 different stories. There was no master card ordered by Nqobile on the 04/03/2023. Nedbank is a waste of time. Now I have no cards as the cards I have has expired. Nedbank catch a wake up. People trust you guys but you seem to employ unqualified people.
