*********** managers and staff, disguised by the level of treatment.
I don't even know where to start. One thing is for sure that Nedbank staff including managers are the least competent individuals i have come across with. I signed for a debit order instruction for my new bond for the 20th of every month effective 20 February. Mind you this instruction was sent on the 17th November 2017,confirmed it was received and actioned. To my surprise I saw no debit on the 20th February and I immediately called the building loan department. Some fool answered who kept saying sorry but was not resolving anything,I requested to speak to a manager who wasn't the brightest bulb either, she said I should transfer the bond amount as I was not going to wait for them to debit month end and she will ensure that it's now correct and debit order to go off on the 20th March, took her word for it on a recorded line transferred the amount into my bond and trusted that I would not have issues this month. Well guess what ??a double deduction was made. I am up to my wits with Nedbank now,I'm being treated unfairly by people who don't know what they are doing. I had to call again for my other debit orders so they dont bounce. I had to transfer money out ofthe bond back to my cheque account, don't even know what the complications of that is. I'm tired and have lost all hopein what I thought is my trusted bank. A simple request for a debit order cannot be arranged ,I think it's time to switch banks. Enough is enough
