Good day I have logged a dispute regarding a Nedbank personal loan that is prescribed debt

I was informed by Pamela Yende and Poppy Lebajoa that there was a judgement taken. I informed both of them that I have an attorney acting on my behalf regarding this account and that I was never aware of any judgement being taken nor was i contacted by Nedbank or 3rd parties in over 4 years

Also this loan inception was in 2013. Please advise how judgement was served on a prescribed account and i was not made aware of it nor that i must appear in court.

I rep**** to Poppy and Pamela for weeks regarding this ******** practice and that my Attorney will be lodging a formal complaint with the NCR and Ombudsman

I HAVE EMAILED FOR WEEKS REQUESTING PROOF OF CALL RECORDINGS ETC ADIVISING ME OF THE JUDGEMENT OR EVEN CONTACT BY NEDBANK FOR PAYMENT

I WAS HAVE PAID THIS ACCOUNT FOR OVER 6 YEARS

IM LEAVING THIS COMPLAINT TO ADVISE YOURL MY ATTORNEY HAS BEEN INSTRUCTED TO ACT FURTHER

I HAVE GIVEN YOURL NUMEROUS CHANCES TO PROVIDE ME WITH PROOF OF CALL RECORDINGS OR ME ACKNOWLEDGING THIS DEBT.
