It’s unacceptable for me to be waiting almost 4 weeks for a card I opened online to be delivered to a branch.Note to anyone wanting to change banks….Don’t you dare go for Nedbank you’ll regret it before the card is even in your possession.The consultants are not even average with customer service and no matter how many times you call no one is bothered everyone keeps transferring you.Also note I’ve already transferred money in this account now I can’t access it because this stupid card is never getting delivered!
