*********** and disgusting service

I am highly annoyed by the fact that I have been trying for 3 months to get a statement from Nedbank for my outstanding personal loan debt. Emails don't work and no one wants to assist. This is the most disgusting service I have ever experienced and should I not get assistance by Monday 10 January, I will contact NCR, and Ombudsman for assistance.
