*********** and Bad customer service

I'm very Disappointed by Nedbank, I've made an Credit card application 2 weeks ago and submitted all required documents but till this day I'm not Helped. Went to the branch last week was told they can't because I did application on line. When I call call centre they still working on it. Maybe I should take my business somewhere were I will be appreciated clearly my business is no longer need with them. DISAPPOINTED
