Your people are very *********** and frankly most do not even know what they are doing, 1 I have a business account with you and paid for this card twice and neither of these times have I ever got it delivered to my self, I app**** for a personal credit card and again I am still having same experience no one actually knows what the turn around time is, in the branch they said 2-3 days, on chat they said 10 days on the phone they said 5 days, so which one is it? Cause I am just been given the run around, I just need to cancel the stupid thing and take my service else where cause the nonsense and stress I am experiencing from this bank is beyond out of control.
