All I want is to have my last 6 months of bank statements in English instead of Afrikaans. Apparently, despite living in the age of Artificial Intelligence, this request is simply just too difficult. This is even though I changed my profile language to English years ago so that I wouldn't have the same problem again. If it really is impossible to just change the language of a bank statement (as I have been told), then could you not just provide me with a bank letter stating my average balance over the last 6 months? No, apparently that too is too difficult. And yet we trust them with our hard-earned cash and pay exorbitant bank fees. I will be closing my account soon.
