Incompetency at the financial institution

I went to the branch a Greenstone mall. Nice lady at the help desk assigned a ticket and i was assist by a gentleman very helpful on the the 9th of October to withdraw from my bond to my FNB account.

Its the 17th and the funds are still not reflecting and they cannot trace it because this person went on training and they cannot access the documents. I went to the branch in Alex mall to check whats happening and they advised to me call the call center and call canter says i must go to the branch and query there.

I have never seen such incompetence from both branch and call center service.
