Incompetence to the core

I went to Oxford Street branch on the 25 March 2021 and the lady at Enquire is advised me to change my Gold Cheque Acc out to some bundle account, which I did with her assistance. To my surprise, when I contacted their call centre today, 13 April 2022, none of such was done!!

What level of INCOMPETENCE is this!! Nxa...
