Incompetence Staff and finance charge for no reason

Nedbank is one of the worst banking service provider. They charged Finance charge and when i inquired, none of their consultant could let why did they charge even they have not refunded that amount? Their incompetence consultant called 3 times and none of them could explain why was that charged? I am so ****ed off from this stupid service.
