Incompetence of nedbank branch of dobsonville

Nedbank branch the one in dobsonville they are so *********** and they don't do they're job, we sit for hours just to do a simple thing, to open an account. I waited for an hour just to open an account and I was told to sit and wait to be helped but instead that person went to lunch and I had to wait even longer till I decided to leave without opening the account. I ended up opening up the account at mall of the South branch were they helped me in less than ten minutes to open the account and they were very helpful.
