Incompetence must be a minimum requirement

I can only convey my absolute disgust with the shocking service we have had to endure from both Nedbank and their service providers.<br> <br> Our insurance claim was logged on the 26th January 2016.03.16 (Claim No C***) Since then it has been a comedy of incompetence, failed promises and shocking workmanship.<br> <br> The geyser burst, the plumber (R500 later) advises it was a gasket not a burst geyser.<br> He replaces the gasket,<br> A day later the geyser bursts again.<br> <br> Ceiling boards, dry walling and kitchen cupboards all wet and damaged<br> <br> The next plumber comes in and due to the unsafe position and ******* installation of the geyser (also installed by Nedbank service providers three years ago), we agree to move the geyser into the living area of the flat, but the dry walling guys would build a box around it to make it look better.<br> The new geyser is installed successfully.<br> The electrician phones to make an appointment for the next day - doesn't arrive - no apologies NOTHING<br> We gain complain to Nedbank and again more promises....Another week goes by.<br> Another electrician arrives and connects the geyser in the area where the original geyser was removed.<br> The ceiling guys (R1000 later) replace the
