Incompetence by Nedbank Private Wealth Bankers

I hold an investment portfolio with Private Wealth, Nedbank, Umhlanga of some millions. I arrange four weeks ago for a facility that was suppose to take not longer than 5 days. It is now 4 weeks later and no progress with three private bankers not taking any responsibility and a Branch manager that is equally *********** to assist. I do have the full paper trail of emails over a period of four weeks to support my view
