Incompetence by Nedbank

My daughter app**** for a credit card end November 2020 handed everything they needed she also visited the branch to make sure that she hands the docs. For the whole month of December she is getting SMS’s that they offered her a credit cards worth a certain amount. Yesterday they tell her they couldn’t verify her employment. What a joke! Why tell someone you approved for this then later told a different story
