incompetence ,bad service,entitlement.
After giving power of attorney to third party it has been discovered that it hasn't been lodged a year ago,paperwork lost,done again,not lodged AGAIN,told that there was a backlog.Absolutely no concern for time lost and driving around to accommodate what is simply ****a shop attitude.
