INCOMPETENCE AT NEDBANK TRUST

I receive a payment from a family trust every month. Basically a salary that I rely on as I work for myself and income is not guaranteed. Once a year, probably when the funds has to be transferred Nedbank 'forgets' to release the funds and I am left holding the 'baby'. Today my money was supposed to be in my account and of course it is not. Now I have to phone Nedbank, get hold of the right person and beg them for MY money. And then have to wait days for it to be sorted. This is not the first time it has happened either. Every single year, I have to go through the same painful process!
