Incompetence

I was retrenched and asked for a payment break on my vehicle financing, I spoke to 3 different consultants throughout the month, the first 2 said they hadn't received my emails, of which was sent about 5 times. Finally the last consultant assured me that it's been done and then yesterday the debit order went off. Talk about kicking a dog when it's down! I have never missed a payment before and then this is the type of service I receive in return of my loyalty. Financial institutions only have one gain and that is to make an interest off of you. They literally just don't care!!!!
