incompetence

unauthorized debit order of R954.46 went out of my account into my credit card, i did not authorize this, and i have already made payments arrangements. i got a call from kelebogile from your legal department on 20/07/2018 and i arranged with her that i can pay R200 for 3 months then will look into increasing or paying the original installment after that. now they debit my account????this is *********!!!!

i am now being transferred from pillar to post. legal department tells me that i need to speak to credit card dep, credit card dep tell me i need to speak to legal.

i want my money refunded and continue with the arrangement i made.

i am not refusing to pay, but you have no right to debit my account. Can i please have my money bac****!!!
