Incompetence

I app**** for a student loan beginning July. After struggling to get it approved (because one is not allowed to have savings and spend ones own money) it was finally approved on 07 August. I was then told that I have to sign the stop order first and only once that is done can I sign the contract - ludicrous! Anyway we signed everything on the 8th August - and got told the funds should be paid over to the varsity within the next few days. Its is now the 31 August and it has STILL not been paid - but boy I bet you the stop order will go off on time tomorrow 01 September. I'm currently on the phone with them - NOW I get told that everything was not signed correctly - after we asked and asked .... NO feedback - NO phone call - Is there no service anymore???
