Incompetence

Poor service, *********** staff and a Manager that hides behind her staff, cant even give 1 star . Beware of hidden costs and excuses if policy changes. Excuse after excuse, one doesn't know what the other does! Staff sit around doing nothing. Not the first time the Manager had excuses for not addressing customers. Rather use another bank!
