Inappropriate attitude from security guard in front of Nedbank

Good day. I had quite an unpleasant experience in front of the Vaal Mall Nedbank over the weekend. I went to the ATM area in front of the Nedbank entrance to draw some cash. I stood in the position where the people normally queued if there was already people busy at the ATM. I didn't notice there was already a queue a couple of meters from the normal position. I stood there for a couple of minutes before I saw someone moving closer from the actual queue when an ATM opened up. About 2 meters from my position was standing a security guard and I asked him if that was the queue. He just nodded and I asked him politely why he just didn't point me in the right direction. At that point I walked to the queue and he followed me. He started going off at me that he can't read my mind to see that I am waiting for an ATM(even though I was looking straight at the ATM's to see when one opens up) and its not his job to advise people. The conversation got so heated that the people in front of me also started to help defend me against the security guard because they also saw the sequence of events. I approached him in an appropriate manner and I couldn't believe the amount of arrogance he approached me with. In my opinion that security guard didn't do anything to earn his salary. He was just standing there to get the time past so that he can go home. He really puts Nedbank in a bad light without any willingness from his own side to help clients who need some assistance. This sequence of events should also be visible on the Nedbank security cameras inside Vaal Mall @ Vanderbijlpark. It happended on 17 Nov @ +-12h15
