I am at utter dismay in how Nedbank can tell me i have accumulated an undisclosed amount of banking charging fees.Yes i say undisclosed as i have just recently came from the branch in Rivonia and asked for a prinout of the amount i owe and how i have accumilated the amount .The First response i got from the teller was that they had run out of paper .I told her to please find paper after ransacking she eventually did .while i stood there for 20 minutes she then told me she could not make a printout for me because the account had been closed and told me to call legal.She gave me a number and i have just called this number and the people have no idea why she gave me this number.This is nonsense to say the least..I am getting harrased by attorneys who can not prove anything about this amount also.
