Inaccurate information given to lure clients to nedbank

In December I was contacted by a Nedbank consultant to advise that if I switch my salary and debit orders I will receive a R2000 bonus.

This is 5 months later and I still haven't received anything

This is my second complaint and the feedback I was given the with the 1st complaint said I was going to received it in April
