Inaccessible-Passing the Buck-Poor Service
In October i consulted a new housing development in Benoni and was assisted by a consultant for RBA Homes, and Nedbank had quoted me 11.5%,which i signed on the 24/11/15 for an ERF in Crystal Park. Its important to note that these documents were finally signed on the 24/11/15 and submitted to the Bond originator.

The 11.5 interest rate offer was based on 20 years, and i had asked my RBA agent to quote on 30 years also, but the interest rate had now gone up to 11.9,which i defied stressing to my agent that prior to this i had signed the 11.5 offer with all relevant insurance documents.

I also spoke to a Nedbank consultant telephonically on the 21/11/15 confirming the 11.5% acceptance, and in the next week the Legal team for registering the property sent me an email confirming that Nedbank had granted permission for them to go ahead.

Bone of contention:-

I have been trying on numerous occassions to make contact with the Financial Services Provider, and i must admit that the experience has been nothing but unpleasant and is serving as a huge inconvenience for me, because i need to track the current status of this Home loan deal,i signed for 20 years at 11.5%,and i need to speak to you
